Appointment Policy
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or the condition of the vehicle.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required for premium services including ceramic coatings, window tint, paint protection film (PPF), paint correction, or other specialty services.
Deposits are applied toward the final balance and are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows may be charged up to the full deposit amount.
Mobile Service Requirements
For mobile appointments, customers must provide:

Safe access to the vehicle

Adequate working space

Permission to work at the service location
If water or electricity is required, this will be discussed during scheduling.
Elite Finish reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions or severe weather.
Vehicle Condition
Pricing is based on the condition of the vehicle described during booking.
Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning, pet hair removal, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, excessive staining, or other unforeseen work may incur additional charges. Elite Finish has the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe and presents a health or safety hazard. Customers will always be notified before additional work is performed.
Ceramic Coating, Tint & PPF
Customers are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after service.
Elite Finish cannot guarantee the longevity or performance of products if proper maintenance instructions are not followed.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods.
Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.
Membership Policy
Membership plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis.
Members may pause or cancel their membership after satisfying any applicable minimum commitment disclosed at enrollment.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled vehicle(s).
Unused services do not roll over unless specifically stated in the membership agreement.
Elite Finish reserves the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with advance notice.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with any completed service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Liability
Elite Finish is not responsible for:

Existing scratches, chips, dents, paint defects, or interior damage

Pre-existing mechanical or electrical issues

Personal belongings left inside the vehicle

Damage resulting from undisclosed aftermarket modifications or prior repairs
Customers should remove valuables before service.
Weather Policy
Outdoor services may be postponed due to rain, snow, excessive wind, or other unsafe weather conditions.
If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you promptly to reschedule.
Right to Refuse Service
Elite Finish reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

Working conditions are unsafe

The customer behaves abusively or threatens staff

The vehicle presents a health or safety hazard

Requested work cannot be completed to our quality standards
Privacy Policy
Elite Finish respects your privacy.
Customer information is used solely for scheduling, billing, communication, and providing services. We do not sell or share your personal information except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal requirements.
